Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Gasimus (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific rules shown in the Service. If you do not agree, do not use Gasimus.

If you use Gasimus for a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer account access, create accounts through deception, or create a replacement account to bypass a suspension or restriction.

Gasimus provides AI-assisted tools for planning, generating, and editing images and videos. Features may include Creative Agent, text-to-image, image editing, text-to-video, image-to-video, reference uploads, project history, and access to models operated by third-party providers.

Models and features may produce different results and may change, become unavailable, enter a queue, or be discontinued. We may modify output formats, model access, credit rates, concurrency, limits, and features as the Service evolves.

Subject to these terms, Gasimus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or create a competing service from Gasimus except where law expressly permits;
• scrape, crawl, automate, or access the Service outside approved interfaces without our written permission;
• bypass rate limits, credit controls, model restrictions, moderation, security, or access controls;
• introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, or disrupt other users; or
• use the Service or outputs to train or benchmark a competing model or service without our written permission.

"Inputs" include prompts, instructions, images, videos, files, likenesses, trademarks, and other material you submit. You retain the rights you already hold in your Inputs and remain solely responsible for them.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and lawful bases needed for Gasimus and its providers to process your Inputs, including permission from identifiable people and rights holders where required.

You grant Gasimus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Inputs only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, and provider retention.

"Outputs" are images, videos, text, plans, or other material generated for you by the Service. As between you and Gasimus, Gasimus does not claim ownership of your Outputs. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use Outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

AI systems may produce similar or identical material for different users. Outputs may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction. Your rights may also depend on applicable law, your Inputs, the selected model, and third-party provider terms. Gasimus does not grant rights in third-party brands, characters, likenesses, works, or other material that may appear in an Output.

AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable for its intended purpose. You must review and, where needed, edit Outputs before using or publishing them. Gasimus does not guarantee prompt adherence, factual accuracy, originality, legal clearance, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for claims, disclosures, permissions, and legal compliance relating to your use of an Output, including advertising, consumer protection, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, defamation, and synthetic-media rules. Do not rely on Outputs for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions without qualified human review.

You may not use Gasimus to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or unlawfully discriminatory;
• exploits or sexualizes minors, depicts child sexual abuse material, or facilitates grooming or child exploitation;
• contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or sexually explicit content involving a person without valid consent;
• creates a deceptive deepfake, face swap, voice or likeness imitation, impersonation, or false endorsement that is likely to defraud, defame, harass, or materially mislead;
• violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, trade secret, contractual, or other rights;
• reveals personal or sensitive information without a lawful basis or facilitates stalking, surveillance, identity theft, or doxxing;
• promotes terrorism, violent extremism, serious violence, self-harm, illegal weapons, or instructions for wrongdoing;
• interferes with elections or civic processes through materially deceptive synthetic media;
• contains malware, phishing, spam, or instructions intended to compromise systems; or
• violates the acceptable-use rules of a model or infrastructure provider used by Gasimus.

If an Output realistically depicts or imitates a real person, event, product, or statement, you must obtain any required consent and clearly disclose that the content is synthetic or materially altered where necessary to avoid deception or where required by law or platform rules. You may not remove provenance labels or safety metadata for the purpose of misleading others.

Paid plans may provide access to features, higher concurrency, and a quantity of credits. Credits are a limited, non-transferable, non-refundable usage unit for Gasimus. They have no cash value and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred between accounts.

Credit cost varies by model, resolution, duration, number of Outputs, and workflow. The displayed estimate may be adjusted to reflect actual provider usage. If a generation fails before delivery, Gasimus may automatically restore reserved credits; a completed but subjectively unsatisfactory Output is not a failed generation.

Monthly and annual plans receive the credit quantity disclosed at checkout. Unless Gasimus states an expiration at purchase, unused credits remain in your active account, but they may be lost when the account is deleted or terminated. We may introduce expiration rules for future credit grants with advance disclosure and may correct balances affected by error, fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.

Prices, currency, taxes, billing period, credit allocation, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payments may be handled by processors such as Polar, Mayar, or Midtrans and are also subject to the selected provider's terms.

A recurring subscription renews at the then-current disclosed price until canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not create a prorated refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

We may change pricing or plan benefits prospectively. Material changes to an active recurring plan will apply no earlier than a future renewal unless a change is required for law, security, or abuse prevention.

Gasimus relies on third-party AI models, payment processors, storage, authentication, email, hosting, and infrastructure. Their availability, speed, output, retention, and policies may affect the Service. Your use of a specific model or provider may be subject to additional terms displayed by Gasimus or that provider.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts, outages, policy changes, or content, except to the extent required by law.

Gasimus and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interface, design, documentation, branding, and content other than your Inputs and Outputs. No right to use Gasimus names, logos, or trademarks is granted except with prior written permission.

We may use automated and human review to investigate prompts, uploads, Outputs, generation patterns, and account or billing activity for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement. We may refuse a request, remove content, restore or deduct credits, limit models, require verification, or suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary.

We may cooperate with lawful requests and preserve or disclose relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect Gasimus, users, providers, or third parties.

You may stop using Gasimus or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, fraud, legal or security risk, repeated infringement, provider requirements, or conduct that harms the Service or others.

Termination may result in loss of access to projects, Outputs, unused credits, and plan benefits. Before closing an account, download any Outputs you wish to retain and separately cancel any active recurring subscription. Termination does not erase amounts already owed or create an automatic refund right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gasimus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or error-free operation. We do not warrant that a model will remain available or that an Output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gasimus and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or the cost of substitute services arising from or related to Gasimus.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Gasimus during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing during that period. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gasimus and its affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the Service.

We may update these terms as Gasimus, provider requirements, or law changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance; otherwise, stop using the Service.
